Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Agency Sales

What we are looking for

 

A highly organized and client oriented coordinator to act as a link between our partners in the events industry (Messe Düsseldorf and Koelnmesse) and potential regional visitors and exhibitors interested in attending their shows. 

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral provided by exhibition partners
  • Prepare marketing lists to target the right audience (visitors and exhibitors) for the right show
  • Develop event marketing and e-campaign plans and monitor their effectiveness through tracking expressions of interest 
  • Receive inbound calls from clients and provide them with excellent customer service through acting as their point of contact for partners' international shows
  • Travel to partners' funded events to meet and build relations with exhibitors 
  • Review statement of accounts received from partners and compare it to the clients' attendance report for the show
  • Seek recommendations from partners on sales and marketing strategy for the events within the assigned portfolio
  • Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance Department to invoice clients
  • Provide accurate weekly sales and marketing activities report to the Head of International Sales

 

Do you have what it takes? 
 

Education: BBA, emphasis in marketing is a plus

Experience: 1 to 2 years in events / operations / sales / customer service

Language: High Proficiency in English. French and German are a plus

Skills:

Sales Executive

What we are looking for

 

A chamption to sell IFP Lebanon events by generating client interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in the Lebanese market. The role also includes selling our shows in IFP stations. You need a can-do attitude with a real hunger to make money and win clients.

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral
  • Identify and get new business via outbound calls or face to face meetings on a daily basis and maintain accurate sales data on the CRM
  • Sell exhibition space and value added products such as sponsorship or advertising opportunities to both previous and new exhibitors
  • Build and maintain a targeted marketing list using the CRM tool for each show
  • Coordinate with the database team where needed for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database
  • Coordinate with the Operations team for all show related floorplan updates and onsite to ensure the smooth running of the event
  • Provide accurate weekly sales activity and pipeline report to the direct manager

 

Do you have what it takes? 
 

Education: BS/BA degree required

 

Experience: 2 to 3 years in face to face sales preferably in events field

 

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

What we are looking for

 

The accountant will perform all accounting transactions within IFP Qatar office, analyze financial information and prepare monthly financial reports to maintain various financial activities within the company, and resolve any accounting discrepancies, in line with IFP accounting procedures and local financial and legal requirements.

 

Main Tasks

 

- Perform and process accounting entries in a timely manner and allocate costs to related events and cost centers

- Handle supplier payments and update ageing of payables and receivables

- Check and manage the treasury position

- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and sister companies’ or intercompany accounts

- Perform end of month and end of year closing tasks

- Prepare and submit the required financial statements on a monthly basis

- Prepare and analyze the annexed reports to the financial statements

- Assist HR Department on any request regarding monthly payroll preparation

- Coordinate with HR on the end of service indemnity procedures

- Prepare cost analysis of events and business activities of the station

- Analyze station’s events budgetary control sheets and report variances to the Chief Accountant

CRM Data Entry Coordinator

What we are looking for

 

Create, update and maintain exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors’ information on IFP’s Customer Relationship Management system. This position is at the core of having accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database. The output will be used for senior level decision making and reaching out to existing or potential customers.

 

Duties Summary

  • Conduct phone calls to visitors and exhibitors where needed and update the CRM data accordingly

  • Collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information

  • Enter and maintain text based customer and account data from source documents into the CRM system within time limits

  • Type and update data provided directly from customers including individual name, position, company name, company address, email, phone number, and other details into IFP's CRM system

  • Prepare, compile, verify accuracy and sort documents such as show catalogues, business cards, or expressions of interest for data entry

  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct, delete or reenter any incompatibilities and check output

  • Modify incomplete information, remove duplicates and report them to the database supervisor

 

Do you have what it takes?
 

Education: High school degree, additional computer training or certification will be an asset

Experience:

  • 1 to 4 years of work experience

  • Previous experience in data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience with MS Office

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

Procurement and Collection Specialist

Job Role:


Develop the collection and procurement on a group level in coordination with GMs, PMs, and operations, Heads of departments and closely follow up on collection and procurement activities.

Duties Summary


1)Collection

  • Follow up with clients on payments
  • Act as a link between sales and accounting
  • Prepare the doubtful payments file and transfer doubtful cases to the lawyer as needed
  • Provide financial auditors with all data needed under the supervision of the Group Financial Controller

2)Periodic Reporting

  • Generate and update regular aging reports
  • Coordinate with the Group Financial Controller to build the collection and contract management database and implement them with IT

3)Procurement

  • Source suppliers for general services and for event related services
  • Send out request for proposals
  • Prepare tabulations for decision making on bids
  • Participate and take minutes in the procurement committee
  • Coordinate with the lawyer on the contract drafting with suppliers
